Governor Brown Signs Parent’s Worst Nightmare into Law Gives Custody of 12 Year Olds to the State

The fatality of a 14 year old California girl was entered into the VAERS database on August 23, 2011 – 134 days after her death in April.
The latest Gardasil victim died of cardiac arrest 14 days after vaccination. According to VAERS report #430780 , the adolescent was vaccinated on March 28, had no other life-threatening illnesses, and received no other vaccinations.
The VAERS write up includes this statement: “Found dead in bed in a.m. by family. Pathologist stated cause of death as consistent with cardiac insufficiency, due to cardiac arrhythmia, due to probable early cardiomyopathy.
Child Death Review Team felt this death was consistent with a diagnosis of sudden cardiac death.”
The untimely and sad passing of this innocent previously healthy young girl now marks the 4th death post-HPV vaccination in the state of California. Janny Stokvis, VAERS Analyst for SANE Vax Inc. who found the latest VAERS fatality also reports that there have been 1548 adverse injuries* from Gardasil and Cervarix reported in the state.

SANE Vax Inc. wants to know, “Governor Brown – were you aware of the mounting injuries and deaths of innocent, previously healthy adolescents in the state of California before you signed AB 499 into law last week?”
The bill, sponsored by pharmaceutical giant Merck – the manufacturer of Gardasil, allows health care providers in the state of California to by-pass parental consent giving children as young as 12 years old the ‘power’ to consent to Gardasil without their parents’ knowledge. How many more families will have to find their loved ones dead in their beds – before the governor realizes that the HPV vaccines are posing serious threats to the children of California?
Although the threat to parental informed consent is a huge issue – there are other serious allegations about AB 499 regarding wasteful taxpayer expenditures in a financially disparate state, the relationship between the bill’s sponsor and Merck, and the states prerogative to strip parents of their right and responsibilities.
Was money passed under the table to convince you to sign this bill into law? How can you turn your back on the very parents/families whose rights you have historically defended over your years in office? What happened to responsibility, accountability and government transparency?
SANE Vax Inc. is tired of the rhetoric surrounding the HPV vaccine issue. Peer-reviewed analysis and studies many of them on the FDA, NCI and CDC web sites point out the dangers of many of the vaccine ingredients including the potential for the HPV vaccines to increase the risk for pre-cancerous lesions if adolescents have been previously exposed to the human papillomavirus and then get vaccinated: 44.6% increase post Gardasil; 32.5% post Cervarix.
In addition, SANE Vax Inc. has spent the last month informing the US, UK, European and Australian medical regulators of a Gardasil contaminant from a genetically engineered HPV DNA virus in 100% of the vials tested. The lab tests showed that all doses were contaminated with recombinant (genetically modified) DNA fragments firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant, making it much easier for them to pass into the body’s cells, potentially causing cellular mutations leading to cancer or a wide variety of autoimmune disorders, as well as passing through the blood-brain barrier risk causing strokes, brain damage, encephalitis, meningitis and death – all reactions reported to VAERS after administration of this ‘potentially’ dangerous vaccine.
Until April 2011, all promotional material relating to Gardasil®both prior to and after its licensure, assured medical consumers that there was no viral DNA contaminating this vaccine.
Governor Brown your salary is paid by taxpayers. You are charged with the mission of protecting the health and safety of the citizens of California. Unless you can explain your motives when you signed AB 499 your actions will demonstrate that you violated federal vaccine safety law requiring informed consent by a parent for any vaccine delivered to a child. And you will be remembered as One More Governor who betrayed the trust of your electorate.
It was too late for 21-year-old Christina Tarsell and 17-year-old Jessica Ericzon. Both healthy, athletic young women suddenly dropped dead shortly after receiving their final injection ofGardasil, a vaccine developed by Merck to protect girls and young women from cervical cancer caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV).
But when Christina’s and Jessica’s shocked families tried to get the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to investigate a vaccine it had inexplicably fast-tracked through the approval process even though only one percent of all cancer deaths are due to cervical cancer, they hit a brick wall.
In just one year - between Sept. 1, 2010 and Sept. 15, 2011 - 26 new deaths and many more severe adverse reactions – including seizures, paralysis, and blindness – were reported in patients receiving Gardasil injections.
The stories are heartbreakingly similar to the Tarsell and Ericzon tragedies: One healthy 14-year-old girl suffered more than 150 seizures – during which she stopped breathing for up to 40 seconds - following her third Gardasil shot. Another vaccinated 15-year-old suddenly became paralyzed from the waist down the day after receiving her second dose of Gardasil and had to be hospitalized for two months.
The grieving parents of Christina and Jessica told The Washington Examiner that the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) both ignored their repeated requests to investigate possible links between Gardasil and their daughters’ unexplained deaths. It never happened. Since then, dozens more people who were vaccinated with Gardasil have also mysteriously died, and many others experienced serious and debilitating reactions.
That alone should have triggered at least some interest in these two federal public health agencies as to whether there was a cause-effect relationship, but it never happened.
CDC still insists that ìthere was no unusual pattern or clustering to the deaths that would suggest that they were caused by the vaccineî - even though VAERS itself reports 18,727 reports of “adverse events” following Gardasil injections, including 68 deaths.
"These reports raise additional concerns about Gardasil’s questionable safety and provide ample reason to end the push to give it young girls and boys. And the CDC’s continued caginess on reported deaths is disturbing," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
"The FDA adverse event reports on the HPV vaccine read like a catalog of horrors. Any state or local government now beset by Merck’s lobbying campaigns to mandate this HPV vaccine for young girls ought to take a look at these adverse health reports."

On June 8, 2006, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the drug Gardasil. Gardasil is a vaccine against certain types of human papillomavirus (HPV) which is the primary cause of cervical cancer in women.
Several state and local governments have proposed requiring the vaccine for school girls entering the 6th grade.
Gardasil is approved for girls as young as nine years old, despite the fact that the youngest girls participating in clinical trials were 11-12 years old.
A recent study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, also questioned the general effectiveness of Gardasil. Additionally, there has not been a chance to study long term side effects of the vaccine.
Judicial Watch, concerned about the rush to market and mandate a drug with possible serious adverse effects, filed its first Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request on May 9, 2007, and received 1,637 adverse event reports on May 15, 2007. These reports are submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) and used by the FDA to monitor the safety of vaccines. On August 20, 2007 Judicial Watch filed a request for updated adverse event reports and received 1,824 reports on September, 13 2007. Judicial Watch then filed a complaint against the FDA on October 3, 2007 for failing to fully respond to the May 9, 2007 FOIA request. Judicial Watch has posted links to the adverse event reports below and continues to monitor VAERS reports submitted to the FDA in relation to Gardasil. The case was closed in April 2010.
California girls as young as 12 can soon receive the human papillomavirus , or HPV, vaccine without the consent of their parents. Last Sunday Gov. Jerry Brown signed the bill into law, which takes effect Jan. 1, 2012.
“It’s always a close question as to what we might allow,” ABC News’ affiliate KABC-TV reported Brown as saying. “But we do that with other reproductive kinds of issues, and I felt this one was similar to what we’ve done before.”
The HPV vaccine, which included the brands Gardasil and Ceravix, can be administered to girls as young as 9, and as old as 26. Each year, about 12,000 women get cervical cancer in the U.S., and almost all of these cancers are HPV-related, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The HPV vaccine can prevent several strains of the cancer.
The new law, sponsored by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and several other state health agencies, set off a flurry of protest from several conservative groups.
“Jerry Brown is deceptively telling preteen girls it will protect them from HPV, giving them a false sense of security that they can have the sexual activity they want without risking developing cervical cancer or a raft of other negative consequences,” Randy Thomasson, a spokesperson for SaveCalifornia.org, said in a statement.
Karen England of Capitol Resources Institute criticized the law because of what it might mean in taxpayer dollars.
“If her parents aren’t aware of it, she will be emancipated, and the state will be paying for every single minor that’s encouraged to go into a clinic and get these different boosters,” England told KABC-TV.
About 30 other states have enacted similar laws to California’s.
Dr. Mark Einstein, director of the departments of gynecologic oncology and obstetrics at Montefiore Medical Center in New York, said that the HPV vaccine is recommended by all scientific stake-holding organizations as routine for all 11- and 12-year-olds in the U.S., but that less than half of vaccine-eligible girls are getting the vaccine. Far fewer get all three doses.
“One of these challenges is the need for parental consent,” said Einstein. “In the U.K., Australia and other countries, such a need for parental consent does not exist, and their vaccine rates exceed 80 percent of vaccine-eligible girls.”
